    mirtazapine 15mg and quetiapine 300mg

my daughter is being given mirtazapine 15mg for depression and quetiapine 300mg as 'a safety net' for symptoms of psychosis.... although she is responding well to the drugs...she feels quite lethargic and has gained weight from 50kg to 59kg in 6 weeks.... can these drugs be replaced or lowered... and for how long would she need to take them?

I took her to A & E after giving her zoloft 100mg for 1 month while on holiday and then made the mistake of stopping it when i got back.

It's the sort of thing that the psychiatric unit would adjust. Does your local unit not have a drop in (no appointment) day?

What country were you in if the script was for "zoloft"? That's not a UK/Ireland brand.
