Mild /muscle/nerve twitching all over body mosly legs for cuple of years, when taking antibiotics (wide range) and nystatin the sensation intensifies alot, but when taking any other medicines no effect, could this be die off of bacteria/yeast?

I am confusend on this one, does anyone know
