hi all this is my first post and new to the whole forum thing. i have been taking herion for the last four and a half years now but during the last year it has caused me to lose my job and became very unreliable [of course] so it has came to the time where i just couldnt keep doing it anymore but being in a codependable relationship i just kept on using but within the last two months there has been a drought of heroin in london and the whole of the uk so i could say i was forced to self medicate with methadone simply because i did not know what else to do all the local g.p.s are over subcribed and everywhere else i go i just cant get any help but i want to try subutex as i have witnessed success with them and total success clean from all drugs.
so im taking about 20-40mg of methadone a day or everyother day.
what would be the best way to make the swicth as i dont feel that methadone is the answer for me. can anyone give me some advise pls
