    Re: Rectogesic ointment

The right eye closure interests me. If both eyelids drooped, could be sign of myasthenia gravis. One eye together with the headache needs investigating, but you have been looked at. An EEG may indicate unusual electrical patterns. Royal National Hospital in Queens Square, London(if still there) would be the place to go.

    Perhaps a neurological consultation?

Hi thanks for that, I am awaiting an appointment for the neurology department, but hoped to find someone else who had had the same thing

OK, wish you well. If able to, would be interested in final diagnosis. Do not feel obliged to tell us anything.
all the best for the future.

couldn't the closing eyelid be simply the reaction to bright light, related to the headache, or migraines by the sounds of it

Hi had the MRI, nothing, been in hospital for 3 days and now its 3rd nerve palsy. Have looked this up and can be caused by drugs, could it be the rectogesic or was it coincidence, what do you all think
