I read somewhere that although the cost is around £20 per 100 your GP can prescribe Co-Proximol if needed but it takes time for Pharmacist to get supplies? Is this correct ?
I took Co-Proximol for around 15 years and since I had to switch to Co-Codomol I have slept so badly and if I take more than 6 a day I end up with really chronic constipation, so much so that my GP prerscribes me a laxative I take every night. Never had this problem with Co-Proximol and the pain relief was far more effective as well.
I suffer with chronic arthritis in the spine and legs and have breathing problems due to actimynicosis in the right lung which only has around 60% capacity. I only ever take these tablets as needed and it would be the best Xmas present yet if I could get Co-Proximol again. I am 78.
