    Red face alcohol and charcoal tablet

    is charcoal tablet effective at preventing you from getting drunk?
    (eg students ball, stags or hens do, grooms or brides need a clear head, Christmas do)

    if so, how should it be taken?

    Charcoal generally used for adsorption properties?
    What goes in at one end comes out at the other.
    I'd stick to a bottle of grape juice.

    We used to have a swig of olive oil to delay absorption.
