Default Travel Sickness Pills

Most travel sickness drugs work by inhibiting the action of the inner ear, part of the system that controls balance, thus reducing feelings of nausea and vomiting.

The general tips for pre-travel won't come as a surprise but it is worth preparing for your journey. Eat lightly three hours before intended travel, avoiding foods high in protein and salt. stay clear of alcohol before and during travel. If you are on a boat, get plenty of fresh air, if the weather allows for this!

These drugs can make you feel a bit groggy, and alcohol increases this, so it is better to avoid it altogether, as you seem to have found out.

If they are available you could try Scopoderm patches. Last time I tried to order them they were MCS (Manufacturer Cannot Supply).

They will probably cause a lot less drowsyness than oral travel sickness drugs.

Default Scopoderm Patches

The last time I ordered Scopoderm patches was ages ago, but I noticed them at a pharmacy last week, so maybe they are back on.

So Dr Dr (yes you have told me you have two Ph.D's) you could also try these.

Were you a professional student or what?
