Who we, the pharmacists, are?

I've graduated it has been 3 years. I was in one of the best universities in my country as I used to be top student, when I was in high school. The pharmacy is still one of the top 10 courses attractive for young students in Iran I believe. Although I love pharmacy, I really do, but there was, and is yet to be, asking myself "where is my role in the scene of treatment, healing, health procedure? What I am doing if the GP choose the remedies and even adjust the doses, etc." What is your opinion? Can we discuss this topic in this forum? I'm waiting for your replies.
May be I'm in love with Medicine not the Pharmacy!! Sometimes I ask myself.
