| I'm not sure why the rate of injection is so important for some specific medicines? Why not IV sometimes - I don't mean the cases which the manufacturer advises IM only? Any comments? |

| i think it`s because of their Formulation \ -some drugs needs Preservatives which may lead to emboly,toxicity if administrated IV - -and the Solvents;IM drugs often have been solved in a unsoluble base.and if we insert them directly into the veins,, :roll: -IV dose is often less than IM formulation usually using IM instead of IV is more Dangerous! |
