In practice..its hard to get into the job market without the work experience that UK pre-reg students gain. look into some induction programs provided by the multiples.

I am an EEA pharmacist,registered in GPhC , trying to find a job in UK since may 2011, but unfortunately without any results. Every company require experience in UK nowadays.
