Regret that any student visas from Pakistan likely to be difficult as was a route for would be terorists.

u refering to what happened a little while ago concerning pakistani students who were arrested on campus but soon after released without charge..?...or what? whats terrorism got to do with obtaining a student visa...surely everyone has to go through a similar process...and every application judged on its own merit and not tagging a pakistani student as a "potential terrorist".

Don't ask me, ask our home office. They tend to operate under the rule that all terrorists in past from or have links to Pakistan. Thus all Pakistan students or those with links to Pakistan may be terrorists and subject to extra scrutiny.
The govnmt makes the rules.
