What are procedures of getting a pharmacy license from the US?

As title! By what means will a pharmacy graduate from the UK obtain a license from the State of Maryland, California and New York?

Getting the license would be the easy part, gettin into the country(USA) from here(UK) to work...now that the hard bit.

Unlike UK, USA has an immigration policy and quota system.
