Brussels will force us all soon to pay 'internet tax' so everyone in the UK will have the right to access internet.... gosh we are all going to sink down the sea with all these silly regulations coming from Europe.

Assume, therefore, that everyone resident in France has instant internet access...what about the rest of the planet?

PS. Raoul..I think we all know by now that anything we hear from Brussels is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard...straight bananas etc....

Internet access is a sub-unit of free speech/freedom of expression.
However when some people aren't even allowed to say out loud what they think, in fear of the Government, etc- the internet is a miniscule problem.

RPSGB are not mad yet to give approvals for overseas Pharmacists who don't get a work permit to work in the U.K. So first get 7 in all the categories of IELTS in the same sitting and apply for approval. Now this post is aimed to provoke you and get you out of the hole you digged for yourself. what do you say to the 100s of OSPAP who can no longer do their pre-reg training? or are ya not keeping up to date with the news?
at least i am in a better position, as a UK graduate i will manage to sort out a PSW visa, tho gonna take some time and will be starting my pre-reg late ( maybe even sitting for sep/oct exam not june. having said that, i contacted home office to ask about OSPAP students, and was told THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED to PSW visa.

Time for you to stick your head in the sand in shame!

Raoul my friend I can understand your frustrations.

I am speaking to many of my friends on a day to day basis and feel so sorry for them as they are still in dark about their pre-reg.

May I suggest all the current international students facing this problem, come together and hold a protest kind of a thing?? (as suggested by John) There are lot of them waiting for someone to announce these kind of things (a lot of us have already joined the group you mentioned elsewhere in this forum, on facebook ;-)

what goes around, comes around please read any do not take offence, otherwise close your eyes and do not read
New Zealand gov are chopping out all the brits in a similar situation that is happening for us' non-EUU' citizens in the UK.

wondering how the tough guys are going to handle the situation...

i quote the interesting bits, you can read the full article here
Expats' paradise lost in New Zealand's jobs crisis - just weeks after it was named best place to make a fresh start | Mail Online
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...esh-start.html

    '
Jobless foreigners risk losing their work visas and having to return to Britain, with some accusing the New Zealand government of pursuing a 'jobs for Kiwis' policy.
A migrant assistance group, created by two Britons who emigrated nine years ago, has infuriated the government by issuing a pamphlet that claims the attitude of officials is: 'We've taken your money, used your skills, now b****r off!' Mike Bell, of the Move2NZ group, said: 'We are seeing families who have worked here years being effectively kicked out in two weeks.
'Many have existing jobs or offers of work in areas listed by immigration as being in dire shortage. Employers are tearing their hair out as there's nothing they can do.'
Some 20,000 skilled Britons went to New Zealand to work in 2008. They were given visas allowing them to take jobs and apply for permanent residency after two years.'

    '

'These workers have been invited. But they are effectively being told New Zealand doesn't want them any more. Many have applications for new or renewed permits declined, even if their occupations are on the 'Essential Skills' list. Desperate employers are denied permission to keep skilled staff.'
Mr Bell said one European family had ended up separated and living on charity, adding: 'We are just seeing the tip of the iceberg. '

funny? not! almost exactly the SAME situations some of us are having at the moment.

not taking the piss guys, but seriously what goes around; comes around, so lovely brits better watch out, New Zealand is a No-GO-Zone from now on

a tit-for-tat and the whole world will fight each other...... sadly some brits finally had the chance to share my feelings re unfair retrospective titty home office decisions.

the only difference is these people have been made redundent, while we have pre-reg offers.

Enjoy reading it, and please do not take any offence.... difficult time for everyone....
