Thank you again for your advice, Paul

It is encouraging to know that people without experience can get places. However, I need good guidance and it may be better to have a prior experience as you have advised.

I tried to register myself with some agencies a couple of months ago, but they told me I was not eligible as minimum 6 months experience was required. So I think I start knocking on the door of pharmacies directly, and I may find a job!

I hope you are enjoying your pre-reg, and good luck with the rest of the training!

hey guys, have a look at the link. work visa rules are about to be changed for skilled professions, so bear it in mind when deciding to do the OSPAP or no, you do not want to get stuck after the OSPAP, specially when all Europe is open on the UK.

Start applying as early as possible. Otherwise you may lose all the good places and may end up in some corner of a village I think the uptake for 2010/2011 has already started.

Depending on where you want to work, but start researching now so you know what you need and can try to visit potential employers before you start applying. In all I think it would be best to be ready to apply in March and to have all your applications in by June at the latest even if the closing date is August but keep copies so you can prepare for the interview.

Standard reply, well covered in this forum before. just do a search of the archives. In the meantime why is it that you wish to come to UK?

    Dear gokulmitra

    Congratulations on your IELTS result!

There were still some places available at Aston and Sunderland for 2008 intake when I called them last August. So, I don’t think it is too late to start applying for the course unless there is a surge in the number of applicants this year.

However, the places at Brighton are usually taken up quite quickly, so if you are intending to apply for the university, it is better to be quick

    Good luck with your application!

Re: Come! Join me for OSPAP!

Hey people, I'm new to this forum and I'm desperately in need of some info/help regarding which visa can I use to apply for the OSPAP.

After 7 long months I've finally gotten the outcome letter from RPSGB saying I'm eligible to do OSPAP. I haven't send back the OSPAP Uni Providers form because I'm unsure if I can apply using the working holiday maker visa? My visa don't end until 26/9/2010 so if I were to start this Sept 2009, it should last until I finish my course.

Or do I have to change to a student visa? I'm confused because I'm aware that without a Uni confirmation letter I cant apply for a student visa.

    Please help. Thanks in advance!!!
