    Pharmacist Partner

We own a property very suitably located for a pharmacy in South Wales. How do we find a GPhC registered partner?

Contact them then apply to be registered. You will need to apply to the PCT for a NHS dispensing contract however if you want to dispense NHS prescriptions. The PSNC website will answer ALL your queries The Pharmacy Contract · Pharmacy Contract & Services · PSNC

LHB, not PCT, in Wales! As Tony says, the rest should be in those links, or available from the LHB.

Good luck though - usually 4 to 5 years to get a contract through in Wales, plus they were considering a ban on new applications for a few years to allow current contractors "stability"... don't know if that has happened (yet) though.

Whereabouts are you, approximately? I'm near Crosshands - Llanelli/Cramarthen way.

You have changed your post. What do you mean a GPhC "partner"? Are you looking for a registered pharmacist to assist you in a venture? Are you or yours qualified? Are you looking to sublet your premises to a pharmacist?

Either way, follow the link I posted. It will demonstrate the terms and conditions so de facto the likliehood of whether you could argue it is necessary to have a pharmacy at your location. If you can't argue that successfully there is nothing to stop you registering with the GPhC but you will not be allowed to do NHS work of any kind.
