Haven't there already been cases of patient confidentiality breaches and pharmacies having negative comments from staff removed from facebook?
My wife has been told that she can't post "Relaxing after a bad day" or similar, she's a teacher and they say it will give people a bad impression of the school.
It is something that people should be aware of though. Remember, the first thing that future employers will do is stick your name into google.
