Tacromlimus (module 4 help)

someone please help

in my module 4 of my nvq3 there is a question i am stuck on for tacrolimus.

It is for 15 tablets... these come in a special container where once u open the foil u have to use them within one year. But... inside the foil are strips of 10.

So for a script for 15 would u dispense 15 and write on box date opened

or.... would you dispense one pack of 50 and endorse "50 supplies" as this comes in a special container.

Anyone else had this question??

tacrolimus is a special container and it states in the DT that it is the pack of 50 that is the special container and as such should dispense 50. hope this helps
