Im just wondering when it comes to choosing a company which one will value me more i.e pay me more


My feet hurt the hours are long i need a company that will compensate me for my toils fairly...i dont want to be the guy working 45 hours at one company and getting paid less than a guy at another company working the same hours...NOT FAIR.


I also understand that they are factors like store size etc....... but in general im sure people can share what they have heard etc.....

WHO PAYS MORE THAT IS THE QUESTION.


Just want fair compensation thats not being greedy is it
