Is there anywhere online that lists all the drugs available on the Nexphase system?

I would be surprised if there was anything online which directly represents the product database connected with nexphase. This is because its something that is constantly changing. Give them a call and ask them if there is a report you can run which displays all the products.

Ahhh I see, so you don't have access to actual Nexphase software. Yeah in which case LeftArm's suggestion is bang on the moeny, if you need to focus your searching you may find using the online versions of the bnf/c+d/drug tariff more fruitful.
