Formulation Calc: am i right?

first formulation cream as there those two phases
second formulation is ointment as there all oily base

for part B: i do not understand this one

for part B you would chose formulation A as it contains 0.5% ... then convert the formula you have there to enough to make 30g

they way i got is
if 5g in 1000g then how much is 100g
500/1000=0.5%
is that ok?
