Does anyone know if there is a problem with Freestyle Lite test strips at the moment. Am having real trouble getting hold of them, but can't find any info online.

Call Abbott for more information.

Freestyle Lite is available from three wholesalers: Alliance HC, AAH and Phoenix. I suspect it's on quota to wholesalers.

Pretty sure Freestyle Lite isn't on our OOS list with AAH if its any help. Best thing to do would be to call the manufacturer as bobbin suggested.

Thanks all, will try that on Tuesday. I work for Rowlands so our supplier is Phoenix, will have to look into trying AAH.

Rowlands cannot order from AAH.

Abbott deliver regularly to Phoenix depots so they should be receiving stock soon. Your depot had probably sold through their April quota but now that it's the start of a new month they will be able to order more. It might be useful to put some on back order.

If you want to know when the delivery is due you can ask to speak to the depot buyer. The girls on customer service don't always know.

Yes, you were right, it must have been an allocation or quota issue because it came with the very first order that I placed in May...I didnt even have to ring Phoenix or the manufacturer in the end. Thanks for the info though because i'll know whats going on now when it happens again in the future. I wont panic so soon, lol. Thanks Bobbin.
