ASMETHOD for diagnosis, although I don't know how many of us actually use it day to day.

Can't see, can't pee, can't s**t, can't spit ... antimuscarinic side effects (blurred vision, urinary retention, constipation, dry mouth)

Not strictly a mnemonic but:

Aluminium and constipation come before Magnesium and diarrhoea respectively in the alphabet.

Also, can't remember which of opioid and opiate describes the naturally found products? Just remember that Tea(T) is natural!

And, unfortunately, due to first aid being deemed of next to no importance to pharmacists, many folk forget our dear medical friend Dr Abc
