Does one apart from the PJ exist?
Even with the PJ, you have to search for updates.
If you can't get the PJ then where do you go to stay up to date?

Sorry had to say that.
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
Who is number 1?; You are number 6.
What do you want?;..................
It would be good to have some kind of update reference on what to look out for when doing OTC sales, for instance I am confused now with what to give children under 6 years old for coughs and colds, having been old 3 years ago there was a ban on Ibuprofen for them. I have heard different things and now to stay on the safe side just give paracetamol or simple linctus.
After emerging from hospital for a while it would be good to find out how OTC sale regulations have changed.
Bumpo!
If its just OTC you want then the C&D OTC medicines guide is a decent refresher or trainer for assistants. Its up to date and they tend to be sitting about in almost any pharmacy. Has helpful paragraphs on common symptoms and is sorted by condition.
Worth a browse whenever a new one comes in to see whats the next usefull medicine to be removed from our shelves due to statisticians plus lawyers.
Many cough mixtures and some cold treatmants have been restricted in children under 6 but I don't know where you got the information about ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is still OK as long as the patient is otherwise suitable e.g. not asthmatic.
