Hi, my final year project is based around tacrolimus TDM in paediatrics, but I am having trouble combining the data as all the patients have various weights, ages.. But I have seen from afew journals discussing tacrolimus that they have normalised the data to a specific dose in mg/kg.

Can anyone help with how to do this?? I have looked everywhere, alot of journals use normalisation but nowhere seems to explain how its done. It would be really useful for my analysis!
