    interview at asda please help

    dear all
I have joined this forum I have recieved an invite to attend interview for asda in few days I would be grateful if anyone can help with pev experience or knowledge this is the outline they gave me about the structure about how to prepare for this post of pharamacist . Also I have tried to search the forum but did not find any tips
    interview
stage 1 walk around store : give feedback and impressions

    Stage 2: Colleague Coaching Validation

In this part of the process you will be expected to “coach a colleague” on a specific task using a department specific coaching card. You will be asked to coach and then validate the colleague’s understanding of the coaching card contents. You will have approximately 10 minutes to prepare and then up to 10 minutes to train the colleague. The main thing they are looking for here is the interaction you have with the colleague. The task will be fairly basic and something you will be more than competent in, but they are looking to see how clearly and concisely you convey the training message and how you interact with other members of staff.

    Stage 3: Scorecard Review

You will be given a weekly score card for the pharmacy department and asked to give feedback on 3 key areas of this, highlighting opportunities for improvement. The scorecard is likely to focus on things like script volumes, MURs, Additional Services and the Prescription Collection Service. In this section they are looking for you to identify opportunities for development and ideally seeking for you to provide examples of how you have gone about improving these business critical areas in your current role.

    Stage 4: Interview

The final stage in the process is the interview. This is likely to last 30 – 40 minutes. The interview format will be based around behavioural, competency-based questioning which asks you to provide examples of where you have demonstrated certain skills or competencies in the past. In this section you must always try to use real life examples of things you actually have done, rather than what you hypothetically would do. Don’t worry if you’ve never experienced this type of questioning before, as the questions won’t be too taxing and they will certainly be based around everyday tasks that you should

I bet the scorecard has no space for 'extra staff required'.
