interview
stage 1 walk around store : give feedback and impressions
Stage 2: Colleague Coaching Validation
In this part of the process you will be expected to “coach a colleague” on a specific task using a department specific coaching card. You will be asked to coach and then validate the colleague’s understanding of the coaching card contents. You will have approximately 10 minutes to prepare and then up to 10 minutes to train the colleague. The main thing they are looking for here is the interaction you have with the colleague. Stage 3: Scorecard Review
