She wasn't a day under 60 and had the physique of a Sumo wrestler.

I know of someone who was in the same situation as you, but anticipated that the girl with the sexy voice would be a 25 stone with 'tache so took his girlfriend with him when invited to a trade show.
Trouble was that the girl with the sexy voice had a sexy body to match so wasn't allowed to chat when the girlfriend clocked her...

mkmattyk- I wouldn't have thought Alliance would want someone manning their phones whose grammar is as poor as yours. Good job AAH is easy to spell. I also wonder how many of these 5000-6000 calls are complaints?

I had a similar experience with a girl from Vestric, a wholesaler in Speke, South Liverpool, at the time a part of Evans Medical/Glaxo. No idea who ended up owning Vestric.
She was quite a doll, in the judgement of my fiancee at the time, with the result that not only wasn't I allowed to meet her, but she got wind of my discomfort and flirted with me outrageously over the phone for a further couple of years.
    ....just my opinion

I think that Vestric became part of AAH and in the same group as Lloyds.

    I do that John.

I dealt with Unichem since 1981. Due to a piece if monumental arrogance by Alliance around Christmas time we are using Phoenix in our new pharmacy (opened yesterday under limitation of contract, opportunity available to everyone!) and if they prove a suitable wholesaler Alliance will be history come June as far as I'm concerned.

Interesting to note the service levels offered by the two companies. Unichem get 900 complaints a day but AAH get over 5000!! I won't be changing to AAH when I move. Thanks for that Matty or whatever you call yourself, I bet your employer is delighted you disclosed that little nugget!
