    'New Pharmacy contract' question

Hi, a few years ago i learnt about the new pharmacy contract such as the advanced services.
I was wondering is this contract still in effect, and is it still called the 'new pharmacy contract' and does it apply to all pharmacies such as lloydspharmacy?
