Just have to refer patients to P2U helpline when their medicines don't turn up on time.
Otherwise they should be just as happy to walk-deliver in the snow until 2100.

Trust that P2U able to receive and amend queries on Fridays about 5pm, Sats, Suns, Bank Hols, postal strikes and heavy snow.
I have had their pts saying stuff has not arrived and I could I lend them some tablets etc. Naturally we have no record of them, they do not wish to pay anything, and expect to walk in later with the tablets to 'return' them.
I have even had them request us to deliver these 'loans'.
The whole thing about remote dispensing is a night mare.
