exactly, why are you excited? after decades we are to be treated like other H.care professionals...... we should not even campaign for this as it's common sense.
will probably take 2 years to implement this change.
I consider it more of a step towards acheiving something than sitting without any hope.
Comeon guys why can't we be positive and hope soon the legislation will come in to force or atleast keep thinking in that direction so that those who are working hard in getting things done will feel good
I am hoping atleast by sept'10 if the law is in place I will be most happy
