Management secret : if you buy the more expensive ones the staff spend less time on <fill in the phrase here> their <fill in phrase here> and get back to work quicker.

Lactulose in their tea - I thought that tea they brought me last week was a bit sickly sweet.

Nah--you would have to live there long enough to qualify for tax residency, and then fly back 2 days a week for your independent prescribing.

i woudnt want it done on me but certain eye drops are better at inducing the required outcome more rapidly than lactulose!!!!
