    That's wonderful news.
What is dispsensing product file and clinical data support like - do you do your own or use First Databank/Multilex?

How would I go about using this software in a pharmacy that is utilising robotic dispensing storage or is it not possible?

pharmaSys has robot integration with the Consis robots that are made by Willach. The interface to Robopharma robot are currently being developed to be released in September. Other interfaces can be developed on request.

I have used Eclipse for many years and in its own dear way it has served me pretty well.
If you have to change right NOW I'd be tempted to say use Pharmacy Manager, if you can afford the monthly fees. If you want to be involved in the development of something new and 'cuting edge' then take a good look at PharmaSys - its getting better by the month and wil soon be a new force to be reckoned with (cheap, too!)

Any idea whose data PharmaSys use?
If the system is cheap, they won't be able to support a lot of pharmacists to oversee the data?

If it's run from an internet server, then the users could add and alter the data as necessary, subject to verification by a trusted number of mod's, for want of a better word. That would keep the costs down.

How often have I wanted to do that with PM or nexphase, and been unable to.

Boots used to leave the individual shops to update the central server in this way. A bit of a mish-mash, because anyone could do it.
    ....just my opinion

Not sure if that would be a good idea - Drug Tariff and C&D price changes spring to mind.

Price change updates are all done centrally, on the web servers, so that the pharmacy does not need to worry about updates and back-ups.

Sounds good, but the central data and prices have to come from somewhere or be done by someone?
