Hi - for the last few days I haven't been able to print out maps from emails and view a few things on the net. Have been told adobe reader isn't working. How do I fix this? Cheers.
PS- have just tried to download adobe reader and told I have it already, but I still cant print pictures on emails and view things - small red x in corner of pictures - what do I do?

Adobe replaced nearly all my progs with an adobe icon and the would not open. Cure..... remove Adobe and install Foxit. Now I have same problem with Internet Explorer. I have already ditched word and installed Open Office. Vastly superior.

It's not easy to identify the actual problem from what you have said. Can you print some but not all? PDf documents can be protected to prevent printing and copying.
You could try using the Add Remove programs control panel to uninstall the reader Reboot then reinstall.
Pictures in Emails may be blocked by your email reader (as they are a security risk) or may be broken links.
In the first instance you should be able to right click the cross and select download images. In the second there is nothing you can do. This sometimes happens if a person sends an email with a link to a file on their local computer.
