Today we had a vet script and when tried to recall in compass pmr, it had vanished! So had to redo completely just to correct a label error.

Any one in rural area with lots of vets scripts? How do you handle them on compass.

Lloyds have just changed ES to include VAT. An email went to all the pharmacies yesterday.

Jeff
I went through TWO acquisitions in that pharmacy, with the same staff: the first time around, we went from "independent, pharmacist-owned" to "small multiple"(You-know-who from Bolton, Jeff!): it went OK, we got through it; then, 4 years later, we went from "small multiple" to Lloyds... and things began to fall apart after about 15 months, with the arrival of a new, rather pushy non-pharmacist Area Manager...
I held out for 2 years; the final straw for me was being expected to achieve double my MUR target in the month leading up to my holidays, "to compensate for my absence"...

On Friday tried to endorse 50 scripts returned from PPA. Some needed a reference to the PMR but we have had compass installed in the interval. Then tried PMR REader but kept coming up with error message.

Yesterday found cotrol p is another entry to old pmr so will retry when return to other branch.

Have been unable to merge pts in compass. Very easy in pharmacy manager.

Whilst discussing this was told PCT requirememt that pmr can merge pts.
Is this true?

I wonder if the PCTs are notifying the PMR suppliers about their requirements?
The PCT keeps coming around saying you need to do this on your computer.
The list seems to change with whoever is visiting.

At last found that can now make notes on pt record which the appears when labelling. Go to maintenance, get the pt up and then go to notes on top tab.

When labelling will appear in box on lower left hand side of screen.
