How do I erase a linux partition on my hard drive? I have vista installed on one hard drive and fedora 10 linux installed on the other hard drive. How can I remove the linux partition since windows doesn't recognize linux partitions?

The easiest way is to format the drive as a windows partition, although straight forward it can be a bit tricky if you haven't done it before. Always best to have a backup just in case.
I think erasing the Linux partition is little bit complicated but you can try with the windows xp installation cd. It can help you with the option and other than you may also try the win 98 cd.
I use the program, Partition Magic, it recognizes the unit's hard drive and from there you can make them do whatever you want. Other option is to reformat in DOS.

There you go, I welcome her and there is a dubious link already (poiskash.drugiyat).
I am too believing of posters! Third post, anything suspicious and we will send her back to a Turkish jail.

The easiest way to go would be through using the Windows CD. You can only format partitions this way though, or just leave the space unallocated. If you want to merge the disk space with your vista partition then you will have to download some software, matilda suggested Partition Magic, which is the only example I can think of that is worth getting.
I find it strange that windows doesn't recognise the Linux partition, how does it account for all the space that is missing lol?
