    Fleeg.
Totally agree. Have never understood why:

Pulmicort presented as 250mcg/ml x2ml and 500mcg/ml x2ml - why not just have the boxes branded as 500mg and 1000mg. The same can be said for Atrovent 250mg/ml (1ml or 2ml) which can be even more confusing as the solutions are the same strength with just a volume difference.

If A&H can get it right with Ventolin Nebs 2.5mg & 5mg why can't the others?

Oh, you've got me started now............

I would like to know how many dispensing errors have occured with clexane scripts calling for 100mg/ml , 10 *0.2 or 0.4 or 0.6 or 0.8ml and the 100mg syringe has been dispensed???

Yep, like the time I spent 20 minutes on the 'phone trying to explain to someone from the Pricing Office that 'Cod Liver Oil capsules 0.32ml' and "Cod Liver oil capsules 298mg' were one and the same thing...

New generation of PPA/PPD/BSA (whatever its called) seem to be from the 'computer says no' school. It seems most of the ones who knew the tariff have been retired.

298mg or 0.32ml is not on the DM+D by the way.
Perhaps a email into the helpdesk there would sort that out?
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
