Default The best useage 'Oxacillin Sodium for injection'

It's a discussion topic.

Basic information------

Antibacterial Spectrum: Mainly for G+ Bacteria such as MSSA & Streptococcus pneumoniae

Drug data:
1. Tmax:0.5h Cmax:16.7mg/L (500mg im.)
2. C2h:0.16mg/L Cfinish:9.7mg/L (250mg ivgtt.)
3.Protein binding:93%
4. T1/2beta: 0.4 to 0.7h
5.49% metabolismed in liver, 40% excreted with urine, 10% exceted with bile.

The useage by the drug manual:
1. 400~600mg im. q6h (Q.i.d.).

Any ideas?
