Default Cefpiramide (Inj.)----Pharmacokinetic Questions

Cefpiramide Injection is Cephalosporins, which is stable to beta-lactamases.

It is discribed that 5min after I.V. 500mg (or 1000mg) at once the blood concentration is 0.163mg/ml (or 0.264mg/ml) while 12h after I.V. 500mg (or 1000mg) at once the blood concentration is 0.0107mg/ml (or 0.0177mg/ml).

And 1h after 1000mg (or 2000mg) I.V. in an hour the blood concentration reach the maximum---- 0.215mg/ml (or 0.306mg/ml) while 12h after 1000mg (or 2000mg) I.V. in an hour the blood concentration is 0.0147mg/ml (or 0.0306mg/ml).

Q: If an plan of drug administraion for a single patient is needed, how do we pharmacists design the plan? Especially the Dose.

PS:It seems like that Cefpiramide dosen't meet Single-chamber model. Dose it meet Dual-chamber model?
