Dear friends …can you help me to choose my right future path.

I am a medical doctor who came to UK with a lot of hope .
I have not found any job since May 2006.So I have decided to change my Career in different path. I have applied for 3 UK universities and I have been offered to do MSc program in Human genetics/Clinical Pharmacology/Immunology.

I have to choose one of those…………… what would you advice me to choose?
Which one has the good career opportunity …..Please help me
What about Clinical Pharmacology....does it have good career opportunity?

Problem with all these are that there is guarantee of a job at the end.
Most available jobs would be in hospital laboratories where a Dr is always in charge.

I have met several pharmacology graduates who have never been able to get a job in the area of their training.

MSc programmes won't necessarily lead to better employment. You'd be better off taking a lower paid job (clinical research??) for a year....and with the experience of that you'll be in a better position than if you've jst done an MSc.

However, if you're dead set on doing a MSc then they'll probably offer about the same level of career prospects at the end so do whichever one you enjoy.

So are you unable to register with the GMC because of the English exams?
If so - then whichever involves you talking and writing English the most is the one to go for.
