can anybody enlighten me on the dose of clarithromycin and azithromycin as an immunomodulator in lung inflammation? read that a lower dose should be used as an immunomodulator but couldn't find a clear-cut dosing guide (dose, duration of use) in children esp infants. for a patient refractory to erythromycin, will other members in the class work? thanks...
