Default Are these equations used in Clinical?

Hi everyone,

The Clinical Pharmacokinetic tells us that drugs change according to some rules, and luckly we have find out some useful formulas to explain the process of drugs in the body.

Such as the Multiple IV Bolus Dose Administration we have the equation:


And the question is that, Do we really use these equations in Clinical for planing Patients‘ treatment programs?
