    hi there,

    can you advise me if these drugs can be taken safely together

    Prochlorperazine is an anti-psychotic, which should be avoided in patients taking sibutramine (reductil), so the answer to your question is no.

    If you have to take them together, you need to monitor both CNS and Respiratory functions. Bottom line it's not a big NO but you need to be careful.
