    Glucose Tolerance Test

Had script for 75g anhydrous glucose. I saw a pack of dextrose monohydrate and asked re this. Oh was the reply, we give 82g of the monohydrate as equivalent to 75g anhydrous.

Is the test using 75g supposed to be anhydrous or monohydrate.?

When I had test at sgy, told to drink 200mls Lucozade.

So what is correct way to conduct this test?

The test uses 75g of anhydrous glucose or 82.5g of glucose monohydrate in about 250ml to 300ml water.
