Default Nicorandil Script

As a Locum I noticed a regular script for Nicorandil and Anusol HC Oint.

Would you draw it to attention of prescriber that Nicorandil may cause perianal irritation?

Not universally known, but Basil has a cousin..Montgomery Brush..google if you don't believe..could he have been the "city fox"?
