Which drug can have the SE of a blue nose?

Anything that can cause a Raynaud-type phenomenon, I suppose: Imigran etc...
Is it only the nose that turns blue, or also other extremities?
I presume we are talking about a human patient here, not a dog/sheep/chinchilla...?
