    Therapeutic Serum Paracetamol Level???

    Anyone knows what's the therapeutic serum paracetamol level is or where can I find info of this??? I got asked by a friend and I'm not sure where to look...

    Any help would be grateful

    I just looked at a resource I have, regarding serum acetaminaphen levels (lexi-comp is the source):
    normal range: 10-30 mcg/mL or 66-169 mc mol/L
    Critical values (toxicity): >150 mcg/mL or >999mc mol/L 4 hours post ingestion OR >50mcg/mL/>330mcmol/L 12 hours post ingestion
