Default Azlocillin Sodium & Cefoperazone Sodium

Dear sir

Here is a problem. An boy (6 years) were sent in ICU (Now I stay in ICU for 2 and a half month). One doctor asked me that can 'Azlocillin Sodium' & 'Cefoperazone Sodium' been used together. I told him that both the drugs damaged the Bacteria by the same way. So it better to use the two spereately.
But it's only theory. I don't know what the drug effect will be because the boy were sent back to Pediatric ward soon.

Any ideas? Weclcome
