What degree results do pre-reg employers look for?

I'm sure you can get a pre-reg place with a 3rd ( forget hospital though) but if one aims for a third ....an ordinary pass/fail could be what they end up with

Obviously I will aim for something higher but sometimes due to teaching I am ending up with 47% etc. What class does hospital require anyway?
