pre reg who is confused

I am a pre-registration student who works in avery busy branch with a tutor who isnt helpful what so ever. I work in the dispensary all day without any training and just chucked in the deep end......I have no guidance on how to preapare my pre-reg year.....I give him evidances and he doesnt bother to read them.....when i try to approach the situation he doesnt even care and laughs it off........Also i havent worked in a community pharmacy before and i make 2 dispensing errors a day.....I worry about the errors i make but because it is so busy i can check my work. I am worried as it is approaching december and a little confused.....My tutor told me that he is going on four week holiday in may which is just before the exam........I have directed my post to pharmacists because i would like some advise.....Please help me.

We have had this problem all too frequently. Overworked pharmacists given no extra resources and told 'you will train this pre reg'.
They then vent their frustration on the unfortunate pre reg.

Yes, but independent pharmacies apply for pre-reg trainees themselves hence they should expect what they're getting into. This is in addition to the fact that they don't pay pre-reg wages. In pharmacy Im being "trained" my position replaced two members of staff and as far as I know pre-reg hours should be counted as half a member of staff.

i know but trust me just focus on the exam when your sucessful everyone wants to know you but then your in trouble nobody wants to know. I have never felt so alone in my whole life where you dont have anyone to turn to and no ine who will support you. If i pass the pre reg exam it will prob be my biggest ever achivement in my life as i ahve done it all alone. having said that in december i was so close to pulling out and thenthats when i found this forum and people like nik, astreix evisu that made me think that i can do this but just wish i had started revising earlier
