    help....

    i started NVQ3 two month ago , my supervising pharmacist left for maternity , i have change my pharmacist for new one , but he said that won't help me because no one will pay him extra for that , so i stuck without help from my pharmacist , can anyone know any pharmacist who will be able to help me. what i need to meeting twice a month , have chat , talk about any problems , some advice etc. i dont know what i should do to be honest , carry on or just give up thank you for any help

    If the new pharmacist was employed to cover the maternity leave then he should take over ALL the duties of the other pharmacist, including supervising you. His manager may have to point out to him that is IS being paid to do it.
    Unfortunately if he doesn't want to do it nobody can make him do it properly.

    he doesn't want to , and no one can do anything about it , i think i need to give up , i can do it on my own

    Ok, find out about the local branch/LPF. Go along to a meeting and chat. Someone there should be able to help. You can use us as distance mentors.

    Do you work for a chain or an independant? If it is a chain, speak to the next level up (eg Area Pharmacy Manager) they may be able to put you in touch with a more supportive Pharmacist.

    i work for small pharmacy , and i have my dead line to send off in five days and not even half is done yet

    #phone training co ie NPA or Buttercups and explain situation to them.
