registration documents to be a pharmacist

    Dear all,

Just wondering what documents pre-regs have to send to the registrar to get registered. ( passport? final declaration? any other eveidence? )

and how long does it normally take? some say just a week. While i have heard stories from others takes weeks especially OSPAP students?

    Please share your thoughts!
    cheers!!

Not sure about which documents are needed, but the "pink" forms should be coming to your University shortly and must be sent to RPSGB Preregistration Division a minimum of 8 weeks before the start of your training.

I'm at home tonight so not able to look at my forms but from what I had a peek at it was just a form to fill in and be signed by tutor and a photograph form.

Didn't think you had to send off the passport.

Not sure what the rules are for OSPAP students.

Don't need to send off passport for the pink form. Got mine completed today although there is a whopping £170 fee to be paid when you send it off. I've been told NHS doesn't reimburse us the full amount when we start pre-reg.
